  • After having our Toyota Camry 2014 totaled, dealing with rude people and seeing no hope to get another car any time soon; coming to Acura Portland was a blessing. Noe (Sale and leasing consultant) he was very helpful to get our new Acura TL 2003, he made it super easy and helped us get a lower price on the car. When it was time to go with the finance manager Tirzah (She is beyond Amazing) she explained everything very well and also did her best and gave us a much lower interest rate than what we expected. We wouldn’t have asked for any better customer service. Acura of Portland definitely when gained new customers for life.
  • I came in simply looking for information on car leasing options; and from the start, a sales rep (Noe Vazquez) was extremely helpful on explaining the leasing process and different car options I had with them. We looked at different cars, and even test-drive one of them. I never felt any pressure to make a decision, but was provided with such good information and options that after some time, I walked out with a killer contact deal on brand new Acura. Thank you Noe, and thank you Dick Hannah Acura of Portland; I love my new car!
  • My car developed a problem with a new transmisssion recently installed by Acura of Portland. Sam and his team very quickly and efficiently troubleshooted the issue and within 2 days the transmission was replaced. A loaner car was provided during that time which was very helpful!

  • Took my Honda Accord here with no appointment. They have Xpress Service with no appointment necessary which worked perfect for me. I drove right in and got the service needed. Recieved a complete report of any items needed and they washed it!

  • Jake was providing coverage at the desk of our usual service coordinator Ray Reynolds. Jake was very cordial and professional, and knowledgeable about our car and its history. Our service was completed ahead of schedule and Jake called to let us know, which helped us better plan our Saturday. He also took extra steps to help us redeem all of our "rewards points", which we really appreciated. Good job, Jake!

  • Recently, I took my car in to Acura of Portland for an oil change and tire rotation. Beforehand I learned I would not need an appointment for this service.. Upon my arrival, Ray Reynolds promptly greeted me and got the process started. When the service was completed, Mohamed brought my car to me and explained how he had just cleaned it inside and out. It was immaculate. All in all, this was a pleasant experience.
  • I just picked up my 2014 MDX which is my 4th one. I keep thinking I should change, but I can't find a better value at any price. I have loved all my MDX's and have never had any service problems. Sandy was great to work with, and she went above and beyond in customer service and communicating with me during the sales/delivery process. I highly recommend Dick Hannah, the MDX, and Sandy!

Having worked with Sandy Silva previously, we asked for her help again to pre-order and take delivery of a new MDX. Sandy tracked the progress of our car from factory to dealer, giving us updates along the way, When the car arrived, she made the paperwork process quick and effortless. in all another excellent car buying experience at Acura of Portland.
